Seasons of the Soul Retreat

Life with God is rarely linear. Just as the earth moves through spring, summer, autumn and winter, our inner world also moves through seasons — times of growth and joy, seasons of fruitfulness and labour, periods of pruning and letting go, and quiet winters of rest and hidden renewal. But in a tropical city like Singapore where every day feels the same — humid, hurried, and filled with responsibilities — it can be hard to notice the stirrings of the Spirit and the movements of our own souls.

In temperate climates, people adapt their clothing, habits, food and pace of life to each of the four seasons. In the same way, we are invited to embrace the spiritual season we are actually in — not resist it or rush past it — so that God can do what He desires within us.

Seasons of the Soul is a 3-day / 2-night guided contemplative Christian retreat designed to help you pause, pay attention, and gently discern:

• What is God inviting me to release, surrender, or rest from?

• What new beginnings might the Holy Spirit be nudging me toward?

• In what ways am I holding on too tightly, or trying to stay “productive” year-round?

• How can I better cooperate with the Spirit’s work in this particular season of my life?

Through gentle guided reflections, spacious time for silence, and group spiritual direction, Seasons of the Soul invites you to rediscover the rhythm of life with God — where each season, even the difficult ones, holds gifts of beauty and grace.

Who is this for?

This retreat is ideal for those feeling stretched, weary, or in transition; Christians sensing a shift within but unsure how to name it; anyone longing for unhurried space to listen to God; and those desiring clarity, renewal, or a deeper attunement to the movements of the Spirit.

• 3D/2N accommodation in a single, air-conditioned room (common bathroom and toilets)

Early Bird Rate is open to the first 2 registrations 8 weeks before the retreat to help us secure the venue deposit.

Early Bird Deadline:

• 29 May for the July Retreat

Closing Deadline for Registrations (3 weeks before the retreat, or when all 12 spaces are filled):

• 3 July for the July Retreat

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

More than 30 days before retreat: Refunds are available, minus $200 non-refundable portion.

This helps covers venue and preparation costs already committed for your place.

Within 30 days before retreat: Non-refundable

You may transfer your place to someone else at no additional cost, but please inform the organiser at least 3 days before the retreat.
