About this Retreat
Spiritual direction / spiritual accompaniment is a sacred conversation — a space to listen for God's presence in the ordinary and hidden places of our lives. Each session invites you to slow down, rest in God's love, and discern the movements of the Spirit with gentle guidance and prayerful companionship.
As a spiritual director rooted in the Christian faith, I recognise that the ultimate True Spiritual Director is the Holy Spirit, and my role as a human spiritual companion is to serve as a 'sounding board' to help you discern the work of the Spirit in your life.
