Terms & Conditions for Various Retreats
By signing up for one of our retreats or spiritual companioning programs, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed here, so please read the T&C for your specific retreat program, particularly the Cancellation & Refunds policy which is different for each retreat.
Dwelling Deep Circles - Group Spiritual Direction (T&C)
1. Please check all the dates in the Circle you are booking, and commit to attending all 6 sessions. Your presence is an important part of the Circle and to our journey as a group.
2. Your booking is non-refundable, as we need the minimum number of 4 participants to start each Circle's journey. If you absolutely cannot make all the dates after booking, we may be able to offer you credit to attend another retreat or program run by Dwelling Deep Ministries — provided your program hasn't yet started. No credit or refunds will be offered for missed sessions.
3. If you should miss a session, please note you can't make up for it or change to another Circle mid-way. Before your program begins, if you need to change to a different Circle, please do get in touch to check on the availability of spaces.
Dwelling Deep Quiet Day (T&C)
1. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the retreat fee (S$180) or the retreat + spiritual direction bundle (S$250). A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
2. Optional Spiritual Direction Add-On
Onsite spiritual direction slots (45 minutes each) are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. If onsite slots are filled, participants who selected the add-on will receive an online spiritual direction session within 7 days after the retreat. Participants agree to schedule online sessions within the stated window.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because this retreat has limited spaces and requires significant preparation, the following policy applies:
a. More than 14 days before the retreat date - 50% of your fee is non-refundable
This helps us cover venue and preparation costs already committed for each participant.
b. 14 days or less before the retreat - Fees are non-refundable
You may, however, transfer your slot to another person at no additional cost.
Transfers must be communicated in writing (email/WhatsApp) at least 48 hours before the retreat.
c. No-shows
No refunds for no-shows, including missed spiritual direction sessions.
4. Confidentiality for Spiritual Direction
All spiritual direction sessions follow a confidentiality covenant, except in circumstances involving safety or legal obligations.
Seasons of the Soul Retreat (T&C)
1. Fees & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
Early Bird rate applies to registrations completed and paid in full 8 weeks before the retreat date.
2. Registration Closing Date
Registration closes 3 weeks before the retreat to allow time for preparation and coordination with the venue, or when the maximum spaces of 12 is filled.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 30 days before the retreat: Refund available, minus S$200 non-refundable portion (used to secure venue and materials).
Within 30 days of the retreat: No refunds, but you are welcome to bless someone else with your place or transfer it to another participant. Just inform the organiser at least 3 days before the retreat.
4. Personal Belongings & Liability
Kindly take care of your personal items during the retreat, as the organiser cannot be responsible for any loss or damage.
Be Still Silent Retreat (T&C)
1. Registration & Payment
Your place will be secured once full payment is received.
The retreat fee includes accommodation, meals, facilitation, and all materials needed for our time together.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
I understand that plans sometimes change or unexpected situations arise.
More than 30 days before the retreat: Refund available, minus $200 non-refundable portion (used to secure venue and materials).
Within 30 days of the retreat: No refunds is possible, ass costs would already have been committed.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to bless someone else with your place or transfer it to another participant. Just inform the organiser at least 3 days before the retreat.

3. Mental Wellbeing & Participation
Please come only if you feel physically and emotionally able to participate in an extended time of silence and personal reflection. If you are currently navigating significant mental health challenges, it may be more supportive to seek the care of a qualified professional or counsellor during this season. Your wellbeing is important.

Silent Saturday Online Retreat (T&C)
Registration closes 4 days before the retreat or when all 25 spaces are filled. Your place is confirmed once full payment is received.

Refunds & Cancellations
To keep this retreat accessible and administration simple, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you are unable to attend.

Retreat Format
This retreat is held live on Zoom / Zoho Meeting. Please join from a quiet and comfortable space, with a stable internet connection, so you can be fully present to the time with God.

Changes to Event
If the facilitator needs to postpone the retreat, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a credit toward a future session.

Confidentiality
Participants are asked to honour the privacy and dignity of one another. Any personal sharing that takes place in the retreat is to be held in confidence and with care.
